What is the standard lead time for a crate engine?

Most in-stock crate engines ship within 2-3 business days, while custom builds or out-of-stock units typically have a lead time of 4 to 8 weeks depending on component availability.

What kind of warranty comes with my BluePrint Engine?

We offer a premier 30-month / 50,000-mile warranty on most crate engines, providing peace of mind and protection for your high-performance investment.

How are the engines shipped and delivered?

Engines are secured in custom-built wooden crates and shipped via LTL freight. Residential delivery with liftgate service is available for an additional fee to ensure safe offloading.

Do I need to perform a specific break-in procedure?

Yes, following our specific break-in procedure is critical for engine longevity. Each engine includes a detailed installation and startup guide that outlines oil requirements and RPM limits for the first 500 miles.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and offer financing options through Affirm for qualified buyers.

Can I return a product if it hasn't been installed?

Unused and uninstalled items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, subject to a restocking fee. Please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
