At BluePrint Engines, we stand behind our high-performance builds and offer a 30-day return window for items in original, uninstalled condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our team is here to ensure a smooth exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any components back to our facility.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original crate or packaging, ensuring all hardware, documentation, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Labels

  Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at an authorized freight carrier or schedule a pickup for heavy engine blocks.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned engine or part, we will process your refund or store credit within 7-10 business days.
